Fulfillment Policy

All orders are processed immediately upon payment and run continuously for 30 consecutive days. Services are fulfilled daily during this period. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our policies regarding fulfillment, cancellation, and content use.

14-Day Satisfaction Refund Guarantee (New Clients Only)

New clients may request a full refund within the first 14 days if unsatisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted by logging into your account and emailing our team at socialpowersadvertising@gmail.com within the 14-day period. This guarantee does not apply to returning clients or renewals.

Cancellation Policy

Active 30-day campaigns cannot be canceled mid-term. However, you may cancel future renewals anytime by logging into the email account used at signup and managing your subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle.

Return & Refund Policy

Our services are digital and non-returnable. Refunds will not be issued for completed service periods under any circumstances unless they qualify under the 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

Chargebacks & Fraud

By agreeing to our Terms, you waive the right to initiate chargebacks or claim fraud without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Any unauthorized chargeback will be treated as a breach of contract and may result in immediate termination of services and legal recourse.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, with or without cause. If terminated, you forfeit access to all services and waive claims for damages or losses.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal and billing information. Failure to do so may result in service disruption or cancellation.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and use your information solely to improve your experience and fulfill services. By using our site, you consent to the collection and usage of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Commercial Use of Content and Likeness

By purchasing our services, you grant Social Powers Advertising full rights to use any content—including but not limited to images, videos, testimonials, statistics, or performance analytics—you share voluntarily (publicly or privately) during or prior to the service agreement. This includes content posted to Close Friends stories, direct messages, posts, or messages sent to us. You acknowledge that:

• No additional consent is required.

• No compensation will be provided for such use.

• We may use, display, or promote this content in advertisements, testimonials, or promotional materials as we see fit.

Non-Disparagement Clause

Clients agree not to publicly defame, slander, or disparage Social Powers Advertising or its representatives across any medium, including social media, forums, or private groups. Violations may result in legal action.

Disputes & Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the prevailing arbitration laws. By using our services, you waive the right to pursue legal action through traditional courts or class-action lawsuits.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Revisions are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after updates implies agreement.
