Fulfillment Policy

All orders are processed immediately upon payment and run continuously for 30 consecutive days. All reoccurring billing cycles are considered final sale. Services are fulfilled daily during this period through consulting, strategic guidance, and resource access. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our policies regarding fulfillment, cancellation, and content use.

14-Day Satisfaction Refund Guarantee (New Clients Only)

Our satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to new clients and is valid for 14 days from the exact time of purchase.

To qualify:

• A refund request must be submitted before the 14th day begins.

• The request must be made prior to receiving services on the 14th day.

• The request must be based on genuine dissatisfaction with the consulting or resources provided.

By choosing to continue services through the 14th day, you acknowledge satisfaction and waive eligibility for a refund as a first time customer.

This guarantee does not apply to returning clients, renewals, or reactivations of prior accounts. To avoid confusion, refund requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the end of the 14-day period by logging into your client account and unsubscribing.

Cancellation Policy

Active 30-day campaigns cannot be canceled mid-term. However, you may cancel future renewals anytime by logging into the email account used at signup and managing your subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle.

Return & Refund Policy

Our services are digital and non-returnable. Refunds will not be issued for completed service periods under any circumstances unless they qualify under the 14-day satisfaction guarantee for first time customers only.

Chargebacks & Fraud

By agreeing to our Terms, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute or chargeback. Any unauthorized chargeback will be treated as a breach of contract and may result in immediate termination of services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, with or without cause. If terminated, you forfeit access to all services and waive claims for damages or losses.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal and billing information. Failure to do so may result in service disruption or cancellation.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and use your information solely to fulfill services and improve your experience. By using our site, you consent to the collection and usage of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Content Usage Rights

By purchasing our services, you grant Social Powers Advertising permission to use any content you voluntarily share (such as testimonials, reviews, case studies, or performance outcomes) for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes content sent privately to us or posted publicly. No additional consent will be required, and no compensation will be provided for such use. You acknowledge that:

Professional Conduct Clause

Clients agree to maintain respectful communication with Social Powers Advertising and its representatives. Disparaging, defamatory, or harmful public statements may result in contract termination.

Disputes Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with prevailing arbitration laws. By using our services, you waive the right to pursue legal action through traditional courts or class-action lawsuits.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Revisions are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after updates implies agreement.
